ACCESSORY INSTALLMENT PRICING FAQS

WHAT IS ACCESSORY INSTALLMENT PRICING

  • UScellular Accessory Installment Pricing (AIP) allows customers to buy accessories over time through monthly payments.
  • If you're a current Postpaid customer and your account is in good standing, you'll be eligible for AIP, subject to a credit approval. Prepaid customers aren't eligible for AIP at this time.
  • There are no additional charges to participate in AIP. Financing with AIP is offered at 0% APR. Sales tax for the total purchase amount is due at the time of sale. There is no down payment for well-qualified customers.

MAKING AIP PAYMENTS

  • Uscellular Accessory Installment Pricing (AIP) takes the total amount of your purchase, then divides that amount evenly for 12, 24 or 36 months. The first installment may be slightly higher for any purchase that cannot be divided evenly across 12, 24 or 36 months.
  • The minimum amount that can be financed is $120, after all discounts are applied and before taxes for 12-month installment pricing.
  • Yes, you can make a voluntary down payment to lower your monthly installment.
  • Yes, you can make additional installment payments or pay off the remaining balance at any time.

AIP POLICIES

  • If you decide to return or exchange one or more items from your original purchase and you fall below the $120 minimum, you'll have to pay the remaining balance for the rest of your accessories in full. If you decide to return or exchange one or more items from your original purchase and you still meet the $120 minimum, then you may remain on your Uscellular Accessory Installment Pricing (AIP). For additional details, view our Return Policy.
  • You'll need to pay the remaining balance on your AIP agreement if you decide to cancel your wireless service.
  • If your line is suspended under our current military suspend program, your monthly installment payments will continue to be billed.
  • You will need to pay the remaining balance on your AIP agreement before moving to a prepaid plan.
  • Before moving your line to a different account, you'll need to pay off the remaining balance of your AIP agreement in full.
