As we previously communicated, U.S. Cellular® recently signed an agreement to sell certain assets in South Carolina, including our network resources that deliver your cellular service.
As a result of this sale, we will cease service in the area on November 25, 2019.
It is important that you switch to a new wireless provider as soon as possible. You are free to choose your new carrier.
Please be assured that when you switch, you will not be charged an Early Termination Fee. However, you are still responsible for all monthly charges incurred on your U.S. Cellular account until you switch to a new wireless carrier. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service at no charge by dialing 611 from your U.S. Cellular phone.
